The delivery time of an order consists of two main components:

Our estimated delivery dates take into account various factors, including the destination address and the efficiency of preparing your items for shipment. During peak season or special offers, delivery times may be slightly longer.
They ship items free of charge once your order value exceeds a certain amount. - Other orders are shipped free of charge.

We use reputable shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery date depends on factors such as the destination address and how quickly we prepare your items for shipment.

We process orders on working days, Monday to Friday (Eastern Standard Times), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:
With some shipping companies, it takes 5–7 business days for tracking information to be updated in their system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and you still haven’t received any tracking information, please contact us via E-Mail: [email protected]

SHIPPING DELAYS:
The delivery time is estimated and begins on the shipping date, not the order date. It may take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.
ARTICLE NOT RECEIVED:
If you have successfully placed an order and haven’t yet received it, even though the tracking status shows it has been delivered, you will need to contact the carrier to locate your bag. Once the item is packed, we have no further control over it (once it has been delivered by the carrier). However, should you continue to experience problems, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
IMPORTANT:
The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you find this to be incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.
