Changing Your Order

Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. If applicable, please cancel your order within 2 hours of submitting it, or return the items and place a new order.

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of submitting it. Orders placed using vouchers or gift cards cannot be canceled. For information on refunds or exchanges, please see our Return Policy.

How do refunds work for canceled orders?

We only charge your payment when the order is shipped. If you cancel an order, you will not be charged, so you do not need a refund. You may see an initial authorization for the total order amount. This is a temporary hold on the funds, which will be automatically released within a few days.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

No, our team processes and ships your order quickly—we cannot change your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you can contact the carrier directly to find out if they can update the address or redirect the package to a pickup point:
